1. How long does it take for delivery?

We'll be knocking in about an hour. Traffic conditions, weather conditions and ordering during the restaurants peak hours may require additional time...98% of all orders are delivered between 40 minutes to an hour and twenty minutes. 2. What are your delivery areas?

We deliver to the following zip codes: 63005, 63017, 63043, 63045, 63105, 63117, 63119, 63122, 63124, 63130, 63131, 63132, 63141, 63143, 63144, 63146.


3. Can you deliver to me if my zip code is not on your list?

4. Do you take special orders that are outside of your normal delivery hours?

5. Can I place an order a day in advance?

You can place an Advanced Order online 24 hours a day or you can call during our business hours, 314-569-3463 option 1, and speak to a representative


6. What are your delivery hours?

Lunch Time
Most restaurants open at 11:00am, therefore, the earliest delivery time will be 11:30am. (Our phone hours are 9:30am - 2:00pm) Note: With enough notice, a few restaurants are able to prepare orders before 11:00am. Please call (314)569DINE (3463) press option 1 for the details.

Dinner Time
Monday – Thursday 4:00pm – 9:00pm, Friday and Saturday 4:00pm – 9:30pm, Sunday 4:00pm – 8:30pm

7. How much does it cost to have food delivered?

There is a $10.00 food minimum for delivery. The service charge is a flat $5.99 for as much food as you want. 569DINE does not raise the menu prices for delivery, they are the same as if you dined in the restaurant. Your delivery driver does work for a gratuity.


8. What should I tip my delivery driver?

The same as if you were dining in the restaurant. They work hard to assure that your meal is delivered accurately and in the least amount of time as traffic allows.


9. How can I pay for my order?

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Checks from repeat customers, Corporate Checks, and Corporate House Accounts. Credit Cards are processed on our secure site at the time of your order. You can add a gratuity when your driver arrives.


10. “Blue Ribbon” Corporate Billed Account

569DINE is committed to making your delivery experience simple. For our corporate customers with approved credit, we offer “Blue Ribbon” billed account. This allows you to order from us, sign for food upon arrival and process the invoice through your accounting department to be paid with other monthly invoices. Our terms are Net 15. 11. How does your service work?

It’s simple. Place your order online HERE or call us at 314-569-3463 and give us your phone number and delivery address. Select a restaurant, choose your items and let us know the form of payment. Now sit back and relax…we’ll be at your door soon!


12. How does online ordering work?

Click on "Order Now", then select your zip code and then the restaurant you’d like to order from. Select your items, enter your phone, name and address, then follow instructions to place the order.


13. How do I know that my online order has been placed?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after processing your online order. For first time internet customers, you will also receive a confirmation phone call within a few minutes after your order has been received (for repeat internet customers, we will only call should there be any questions regarding your order). Please be sure to provide a contact phone number where you can be reached. Please make sure that you did receive the confirmation email, this will help ensure that we have also received your order.


14. How will my food be packaged?

The restaurants use their own carry-out containers and then they are placed in a bag. The driver will count the containers against your order and then place the bag in a state-of-the-art insulated carrier bag. These bags will keep hot food hot and cold food cold.
